2007 Election

Well, the election is over, and I did not do as well as I had hoped. My support has grown in the past year, and hopefully that will keep increasing as time goes on. I thank all those who gave support for my canidacy. I will continue to do the same for the community as I have been in the past. The newspapers did not do me very well this year. The Argus never printed the questionnaire, sent to all the candidates. (note: Paul Seeling states Elmwood does not spend enough money with the paper to worry about it) The Pierce Co. Herald again, chopped over 50% of my responses to there questionnaire, even though Elmwood candidates did not send pictures into the paper, and 2 of the candidates did not send a response. This would have left more than enough room for the answers to be printed in full. Our President, Bill Stewart did not respond. Dick Tiffany did not respond either. I did notice that the Election following comes from our local bars. That is why my numbers are so much lower I quess. My wife and I do not spend our time in the bars.
