The board raised the rates on the water and sewer billings 3%
The board herd questions on wether the old firehall could be use for the Library.This was denied fairly quick.
Barking Dogs again came up as an issue--no action was taken
October 13--

Agenda--
The centennial celebration discussion began, and the increase of funds was discussed for the fireworks.
The Police Dept. had also made a request for extra officers for the upcoming UFO Days weekend
The Public Library now wants to have additional hours allowed, and also requests $12,000.00
