Village Charges Continued !

I would like everyone to know, The Village Charges for Disorderly Conduct have been dismissed by the Pierce County Judge Robert Wing. The Chief wrote two citations after a meeting incident on April 19th, 2007. He did this over a week after the incident. Four Pierce County Deputies came to the Village Hall to check on a person that was Unwanted/Suspicious in the Lobby. That person was Rick Talford (me) The Co. Deputy would have cited me at the time of the incident if there would have been anything wrong done. but she did not respond the way Bob Rupakus and Jodi Pulk wanted her to. They then went to Chief Adam Meyers to get him to fill out a report of his own, and cite me for Disorderly Conduct twice, once for "Hand Gestures", and the other for "Disturbing a Meeting" The Hand gestures was the biggest of the two, this citation was used to obtain a Restraining Order for Jodi Pulk, for four years. The Second was a citation for Disturbing a meeting, and that was only caused by Jodi Pulk starting the conversation with Mike Burke. The slowing and stopping of the meeting was directly in line with Jodi Pulk and Bob Rupakus assuming the wrong things, and calling the cops immediately. These incidents have been continuing since the Village Board made a Policy last Jan. 2006. The Village has now attempted twice to two summers to get three Disorderly Citations. This is proving the intent that I have been writing about. Not one person in that meeting spoke with me at any time. I was standing nearly 65-75 feet away from them, yet a eye to eye contact was claimed by Pulk. The Judge did not believe this, and dismissed all charges of Disorderly Conduct where dropped as he walked out of the Courtroom. Attorney Loberg, Jodi Pulk, Mike Burke, Pam Marson and Sue Dzubay all disappeared from the Courtroom, before I could even stand up and turn around. Chief Adam Meyers was on duty in Elmwood, but did not attend the Court Trial for the citations he wrote out to me. This makes me real curious why he did not attend. But just to let everyone know, the Truth is Starting to get out !!! I have filed for Appeal with WI Court of Appeals also, to remove the Restraining Order that was placed against me, fraudulently. I have rec'd my papers back from the Courts and my Appeal has been accepted by the court of appeals. Case # 07AP1821
