Elmwood Police Committee Meeting
Village Boardroom
Bob Rupakus, Pam Marson, and Doug Claflin attended the meeting per minutes.
(closed session for legal action w/ Meyers discussion)
As to the minutes released by Jodi Pulk-Clerk they started the meeting at noon , but did not list what time the came out of the meeting. The meeting was in regards to Meyers, yet Meyers was not invited, not did he know of the meeting.

Bill Stewart, Pam Mason, Susan Dzubay, Bob Rupakus, Mike Burke, and Jodi Pulk attended , as well as Rick Talford.
Meeting began at 3:00 pm and ended at 3:00.50 pm
Bill named who all was present, and the reason for the meeting was for the Developers Agreement for the Assisted Living Project.
Susan made the motion to accept the agreement, Bob Rupakus gave it the second
Mike Burke then motioned to adjourn, and Bob Rupakus seconded it.
Susan then stood up as she stated “ I need to get home and research mental illnesses !”
Note: As everyone was leaving out of the boardroom, I was the last to get out. The members gathered near the entry to the office. The Reps. for the Developer Agreement then entered into the office. Being surprised that the meeting was done, they made comment about it being over with so quickly, and Bill told them that “They should have just sped into town, because we don’t have a cop here anyways” Kristina was in the Lobby getting a drink when she heard the statement. She then looked into the office, through the open door, and told Bill “That is something you should not be saying .” He responded by telling her, “She should not have been listening to a private conversation !” I then responded to Bill, by telling him that he is in an open office with many people, so his conversation is far from private.
