It has been well known that the Village of Elmwood does not run a very ethical board, but they continue to do as they please with the assistance of the Pierce County Legal System. As many are aware, I was assaulted by the head of the Police Committee on the streets of Elmwood on Dec. 2nd, 2007. He was never arrested, and now is not getting charged with the assault properly either, thanks to the fine work of the County DA. The Sheriff Dept. LT and the DA then sent a letter that gave a directive to the Board that they could arrest me, if I attended the Village Board meetings that I have been at for the last 5 years. I have ran for election in each of those same years, but in this county Your Rights to attend Public Meetings can be taken away without any Courts say so. I have not attended a meeting since Dec. due to the letter of intent to arrest. There have continued to be threats towards the family, but these threats go unlooked at, because they don’t feel like it. They continue to ignore all actions. I do not feel any shame in keeping the Citizens informed to what the actions are, that these individuals continue to take. I think they all need to be looked at, for taking unethical actions towards a citizen. Taking away My Civil Rights should be illegal, and I am in search for an answer against their actions. I have stood up for myself and my family as well as those that may ask for assistance against this board. They call themselves the Upper Class of Society, but you can decide that. Watch the papers people, more to come.
